Gratitude Journal
31 May 2007 - Today I am thankful for hot water, bathtubs and a comfy bed to plop down in. Sounds silly, but others are sleeping on the ground and haven't bathed in weeks.
14 May 2007 - Today I'm thankful that I have a spouse that loves me no matter what. I can be a major PITA sometimes...lots of times...alot of the time, and he loves me unconditionally. This does not give me license to be unbearable and I'll never take him for granted, but I know at the end of the day, no matter how bad I feel, he loves me.
09 May 2007 - I love to hear the birds singing at night. Usually it's quiet except for the crickets, but when the birds chirp it's like music to me. Today I am thankful for the birds.

- Forty-something mom of 2 awesome kids. Married almost 20 years...to the same guy! Proud Auntie to 7 Awesome nieces and nephews, Great(est) auntie to brand-spanking-new Madison. I couldn't have asked for a better family. When your teenagers love to hang out with you, you've got it made! We're missing one very important person, but we know he's watching over from above. My dad is the only person I know that would be okay with us laughing at his funeral. He laughed with us, I'm sure! I'm still trying to figure out what to do with my life. I kind of make it up as I go along.
